There are a number of hazardous products within the clothing market that can cause various injuries. In more severe occurrences, death can result from faulty or defective clothing. Most people would be surprised to learn that certain clothing can cause serious injury or death. Most commonly, the types of injuries that are suffered are the result of flammable fabrics/material (causing burns) or drawstrings (causing strangulation). The clothing industry should be held accountable for all instances involving any type of injury or death as the result of a hazardous product.
